I see Fakeino as a friendly pizzeria owner in the Slum floor because you don't actually see it attacking anyone else apart from Peppino. The body parts in the second phase of the fight might be the other Peppino clones.We do see a Peppino clone in the background of war on a few screens, so there was some Peppino cloning experiment.Since WAR's considered Pizza Head's way to use Peppino's PTSD against him, Bruno ( I'm gonna call it that because that's the name on the outside of the pizzeria) could've been one of the clones originally used for combat, but it refused to fight and instead opened a pizzeria in the Tower after the war was over. I also think the reason behind the actual boss fight is because Fakeino got a little bit too confident in its business and wanted to challenge and become the superior Peppino.
